The location was perfect, near the Mall Of America, restaurants, shopping, and other activities. the staff members were all accommodating and very pleasant.

Bathroom door and fan in bathroom were horrible. First hotel I stayed at with no hair dryer in room!! Couldn't even get butter for my bagel in the morning. Pool was very tiny and no hot tub.

My room was freshly renovated and brand-new with a fridge and microwave. There was a wide range of great meals. - This accommodation had a central setting close to everything. - Thanks to great service, I had a very good stay.

Price was reasonable
Paint was chipping in our room. The ladies working the front desk could careless if we were there. Noticed this hotel was not handicap friendly. Breakfast was not what you would expect. No HD channels.

The rooms were a nice size and freshly renovated. The staff were very helpful and friendly day and night. The hotel is in a peaceful location next door to the Minnesota Zoo. It's only a 10-15 minute walk from Time-Out.

The building and rooms are nice with a very comfortable bed, plus there is great service and a clean pool onsite.

Location was good. Breakfast was good.
Room door handle works backwards. Room phone is dismantled. Bathroom tub was not clean hair in tub. General condition seems outdated.

The staff that checked us in was outstandingly accommodating and fairly friendly. The property was in an unbeatable and exceptionally nice location near Minneapolis and St Paul, American mall, and restaurants and shopping.
